After a relaxing Easter break culminating in the end of Ramadan, our Drop-in sessions continued to be well attended.

Eid Celebration
We had a great turnout for our Eid Celebration on Monday 15th of April, with a total of 85 attendees! It was great to see a mix of beneficiaries, with hotel residents, some new arrivals and a few of our more settled families enjoying traditional games like treasure hunts and pass-the-parcel, making it a memorable day for everyone involved. Many came in national dress, and there were lots of children. We were also touched to bid farewell to a family that has grown with us over the past year as they move to start a new chapter in London.

Cooking Project
Our first Cooking Project was a huge success thanks to generous donations from Chichester Harbour Rotary and St. Richards Church. Hotel residents, lacking access to their own kitchen facilities, prepared dishes from their native cuisines, which were then shared back at the hotel with family and friends.
