The Policy Review Group made up of volunteers, staff and trustees, started work in June this year, and has made rapid progress in assessing and updating our existing policies, identifying gaps and designing new policies. The group also makes recommendations and gives advice on policy and procedures to the board of trustees. So far, we now have up-to-date policies on:

• Safeguarding
• Complaints
• Whistleblowing
• Boundaries

And an updated Code of Coduct.
