Huge thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund for awarding us additional grants of £47,000 for both 2025 and 2026, to ensure our support for asylum seekers can continue. These grants will contribute significantly to our staffing costs, and they demonstrate The National Lottery’s recognition that our organisation needs to continue investing in staff to effectively manage our largely voluntary workforce, and try to ensure that all new arrivals receive the welcome and support they need. We’re very grateful to The National Lottery for helping us to plan our staff provision and ensure our work and our organisation are sustainable.
