Initially displayed at Chichester Cathedral throughout summer 2023, the Resilience in Clay exhibition and the accompanying A Common Thread is now showing at University of Chichester. This marks a continuation of the impactful journey of the seven sculptures of people who have made their home in Chichester by artist Kate Viner, and of pieces on the theme of values created by Sanctuary in Chichester’s women’s group.
Now, the exhibition has been installed at the Learning Resource Centre on the Chichester campus of the University, where it will be displayed until March. This move extends the reach of the work, allowing more people to engage with the powerful stories and artistry it represents, and the hope is that it after March it will continue its journey to other parts of the country. Watch this space for news on where it will be exhibited next…
