6. Election of trustees

Note: the constitution requires the three longest serving trustees to stand down at the AGM, it also allows for any of them to stand again should they so choose and subject to a vote of the members. The three longest serving trustees are; Clare Walls (Secretary to the board), Mary Downy and Tony Toynton (current Chair of Trustees). Mary and Clare have stated that they do not want to stand for re-election. Tony is willing to continue.

7. Membership – a paper seeking clarification of the status of ‘members’ of the charity has been circulated along with the notice of AGM – Chair of Trustees
